CANCELATION/NO-SHOW
When appointments are canceled within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will owe 50% of the appointment total. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours or on the day of your scheduled appointment, you will owe 100% of the appointment total.
YOU WILL BE SENT A SQUARE INVOICE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF YOUR CANCELATION AND YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO RESCHEDULE UNTIL IT IS PAID.
If you fail to show up to your scheduled appointment, or "no-show", you will be subject to pay 100% of the appointment total as well as a no show fee of $60.
YOU WILL BE SENT A SQUARE INVOICE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF YOUR CANCELATION AND YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO RESCHEDULE UNTIL IT IS PAID.
IF YOU CANCEL OR NO-SHOW 3 TIMES, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT TO RETAIN ALL FUTURE APPOINTMENTS.
This deposit will go towards your scheduled service.
LATE POLICY
If you show up late to a scheduled appointment, for every minute you are late, an additional $2 per minute charge will be added to your appointment total. If you are more than 15 minutes late and I receive no notice, I will assume you are not going to show up and your appointment will be considered a "no-show."

BY BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT WITH ME YOU ARE CONSENTING TO ABIDE BY THESE POLICIES AND WILL BE SUBJECT TO ANY CHARGES INCURRED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE POLICIES.
ALL FEES MUST BE PAID BEFORE ANY FUTURE APPOINTMENTS CAN BE SCHEDULED.
